What kinds of team events can we plan here?
Bring the team for a daytime offsite, an evening gathering or a leadership retreat. Tell us whether the day is about planning, celebrating or spending time together so we can discuss a suitable layout.
How many people can we bring?
The proposed Offsite Day is designed for up to 80 people, Team Evening for up to 150, and Leadership Retreat for up to 40. These are planning figures; the team must confirm capacity for your seating, activities and access needs.
Is Wi-Fi, power or presentation equipment included?
Wi-Fi and power capacity still need to be verified. Presentation equipment is not listed as included. Share your connection, screen, sound and power needs before booking so each requirement can be checked.
Can we bring our own caterer?
Yes. Choose the food and suppliers that suit your team. Catering and bar service are separate from the venue package; agree vendor access, setup and any insurance requirements in advance.
Can the guest house be used for breakout sessions or an overnight stay?
Guest house use is proposed for breakout space in Offsite Day and for one night in Leadership Retreat, with overnight accommodation proposed for up to 10 people. Confirm the rooms, facilities and sleeping capacity before relying on these arrangements.
What should we check for a company booking?
Ask about a written quote, invoicing, insurance requirements, vendor access and parking. Share any accessibility needs when you enquire. All services and arrangements should be confirmed in your agreement.
What happens if the weather changes?
Amara is an outdoor venue. The weather and rescheduling policy is awaiting owner approval. Discuss a weather plan and any tent arrangements before confirming the date; the guest house should not be assumed to accommodate the whole event.
How late can an evening event run?
The proposed Team Evening runs from 5pm to 10pm, with music ending at 10pm. Any additional quiet time needs to be agreed in advance and does not extend amplified music.
